FAIR-ifying R Software: Setup

This lesson assumes you have current (or “recommended”) versions of the following installed on your computer:

1. the R software itself, and
2. RStudio Desktop.
3. If you use Windows: the Rtools as well.

You also need to download a dataset to follow this lesson:

1. Make a new folder on your Desktop/ called FAIR-R.
2. Download inflammation.csv to that folder. If your browser shows the file content, press CTRL+S.
